Apple Sydney Store To Open Within 3 Weeks

With the release of the 3G iPhone scheduled for June 9, the countdown has begun for the opening of the flagship Sydney store.

As you can see in the image above, it can’t be too far away.

Lots of rumors are flying around, including an official opening date of somewhere between June 10 and June 19, to coincide with the launch of the 3G iPhone. Another rumor has Steve Jobs coming to Australia to launch the new store.

The opening of the Sydney store will be followed with one in Melbourne sometime in September.

Photos of White 3G iPhone?

As usual, when there is rumor of an upcoming release of any Apple product, supposedly secret photos start appearing all over the Web Today is no different. Dutch Website iPhoneclub.nl have posted pictures they received of what is supposedly the new 3G iPhone.

The sender of the images claims that they are from a well known European accessory manufacturer and conform to several other examples that show a curved back, which would fit with the design style of Apple’s other recent product releases.

according to some reports, the 3G iPhone is meant to come in three colors, white, black or red. This does differ from reports suggesting a move to stainless steel or aluminium casing.

Another reported feature that appears missing is the front facing camera for video conferencing.

So are these nothing more then the usual Photoshop fakes, or are they genuine?

One possibility is that they are genuine, but are quite old and actually represent an early design iteration.

Another thing, why is every image blurry?
